I am a qualified psychotherapist and clinical counsellor offering confidential support to those wishing to make positive changes in their lives.

I provide a safe space to talk about your feelings and thoughts and I share easy to use tools for developing greater confidence, calmness and wellbeing.

My training is in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Transpersonal Psychology and my therapeutic approach is integrative and includes elements of Positive Psychology, Mindfulness and Compassion Focussed Therapy.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (SQCF Level 11, BABCP and COSCA approved)

  • Post Graduate Diploma in Transpersonal Psychology (Liverpool John Moore’s University)

  • Post Graduate Certificate in Counselling Skills Psychodynamic (COSCA approved)

  • BA(Hons) Landscape Architecture (Leeds Metropolitan University)

Cost

  • First 30 minute session is free

  • One hour sessions are £50 or £35 low household income - payable 2 days in advance of each session. Please enquire.

  • Blocks of 6 one hour sessions booked and paid for in advance - £280

How I Work

I offer the following options:

  • Online counselling via Zoom or by telephone

  • ‘Walk and Talk’ counselling sessions in Pollok Country Park, Linn Park, Mugdock Park and Rouken Glen Park
