Susan helped me through a difficult and tumultuous period of my life. Through her I learned how to have greater self-love and compassion and I am still finding personal transformation through these tools. What I liked most about Susan was her natural and affable manner, I found we had a great rapport and it felt like I was talking to a close friend.

“I had been thinking about going for some counselling for a while. I had already tried some self-help reading/podcasts over the years, but felt these had only taken me so far.
